The culture of Sindh evolved from the Indus Valley Civilisation. Sindi culture is sominated by great Sufis, mystics and martyrs. The Sindhi cap and ajrak are part of men’s dress. Pakhtun men usually wear shalwar kameez, waistcoat annd shawl with a turban or a pakol hat. Women wear embroidered frocks with pajama and dupatta. People celebrate the Polo Festival every year in Shandur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Culture of Kashmir
Kashmiri people reflect their culture through various traditions related to food, clothing, and festivals. Both men and women wear the traditional Phiran along with hand-embroidered clothes. Every year, people in Kashmir celebrate the Pirchinasi festival with enthusiasm.
Languages of Kashmiri Culture
Shins and Balti cultures exist in Dilgit-Baltistan. The people of Baltistan are very jolly and hospotable. Men usually wear a woolen cap, shalwar kameez and woollen rove with long and short sleeves. Women wear traditional lraghi caps and colourful frocks. People in Gilgit-Baltistan celebrate the Nouroz Festival every year.
